Meghan Ritchie
Since 2006, Meghan has gained extensive experience in strata management, rental, trading services, administration, and bookkeeping within the real estate industry. She has worked for three of the largest strata management firms in the province and played a key role in launching strata management services in smaller brokerages as a licensed Managing Broker.
Meghan has managed a diverse range of strata corporations, from small to large, offering services ranging from full management to consulting, from their inception to wind up In addition to her professional background, Meghan has owned strata properties in two provinces, giving her valuable insight into the perspectives and needs of various stakeholders.
Meghan’s knowledge and experience enable her to equip strata corporations with the tools they need to thrive. Her vision is to empower strata corporations with the expertise and support necessary for their success.
Ryan Stenquist
In addition to co-founding Clarity Management, Ryan is also the founder of Condo Clear Services, the first and only licensed company in BC specializing in reviewing and summarizing strata documents for buyers and Realtors. His background as a Regional Director with one of the premier management companies in the province has given Ryan deep and unique insight into the needs of strata properties and their owners/residents.
Beyond his professional experience, Ryan has been an owner, investor, and council member in multiple strata corporations over the past 15+ years. This extensive involvement has resulted in a level of expertise that is difficult to rival in the industry, covering areas such as leaky condo remediations, sectioned stratas, depreciation reports, and new home warranties.
Ryan’s vision is to provide strata owners with a high service alternative to traditional strata management.
Mugurel Mic
In addition to co-founding Clarity Management Group, Mugurel is a Partner and Review Advisor with Condo Clear Services, BC’s first licensed company specializing in strata document reviews. He has also worked as a Strata Property Manager for one of the leading strata management companies in BC and as a Supervisor for one of the largest building maintenance firms in the province. To date, Mugurel has assessed over 1,000 strata corporations, gaining invaluable insight into effective strata operations, financial planning, and regulatory compliance.
Mugurel also serves on the Board of Directors for the Victoria Cool Aid Society, where he contributes to the governance and strategic direction of a non-profit organization dedicated to building a community where no one is forced to sleep on the street or go hungry, and everyone has the dignity that comes with home, health, and connection.
Mugurel’s vision is to elevate strata management through innovative, client-focused practices that emphasize efficiency and transparency.
